Please follow the guide below to install TFdisc and its dependent software.

Installation guide

TFdisc has been implemented in Python3 and can be installed using git clone to download this git repository file:

`TFdisc <https://github.com/ocean-debug/TFdisc>`_

TFdisc depends on a number of Python3 packages, and these dependencies can be installed using the Conda or pip:

numpy pandas scikit-learn dask arboreto

The simplest way to install TFdisc is using the pip :

pip install TFdisc
